The Transformation Map acts as a communication tool about the planned migration towards both business stakeholders (decision makers) and project staff. It can also be used in an intermediate analysis whether the actual migration plans are still in line with the Migration Strategy and the Migration Requirements & Constraints.

The result of this task is a draft new version of the Transformation Map.
